At the moment we employ 145 workers. We have a powerful production and working range. Up to 5 tons of beef and pork carcasses as well as meat parts are processed daily to production- and trading meat in our dissection department. The weekly sausage production averages approximately 20 tons.
The animal halves come without exception from factories with origin guarantee.
Since 1996 we have an EU approval. Furthermore in 2006 our company was certified according to the QA- criteria for meat and meat products in the area of processing.
We have 28 branches in Thuringia and Saxony- Anhalt.
Since 1994 apprentices in the fields of "Butcher for Delicatessen and Tinned Food" and "Saleswoman at Food Trade" are trained in our company. At the moment we are training 20 apprentices in the 3 years of training.
The factory sale is situated directly adjacent to our production. Here, as in all of our branches, daily freshly meat and sausage specialties can be purchased.
