Our handicraft business in Apolda produces sausage- and meat products according to original Thuringian recipe and this with over 100 years of experience, since 1898. Thereby is quality, besides savour and tradition, our utmost concern.

Needless to say that in our comprehensive range the famous Original Thuringian Sausage must not be missed. A multitude of our customers support our commitment to the Thuringian Sausage with the sentence "Yours is the best", which fills us with pride.

We offer the Thuringian Sausage in raw, raw frozen or scalded state. One of our newest specialities is the Thuringian Sausage in a tin.
